Friends. We all need them. Friends in real life, friends on the Internet, and friends when you’re fighting a war against a bunch of unorderly Solids who, at the time of typing, still believe that they can win a war against the Dominion. But that’s enough about the misguided UFP.

Shortly after the Great Link joined Behaviour’s STZone, I met people who, like myself, enjoy talking and sharing thoughts and ideas over the Net. I’ll log on, and within minutes, I’m talking about Star Trek with someone, either over ICQ, IRC, or at the Forums.

Sometimes I agree with whoever I’m talking too. Sometimes I think "this person has had one Romulan Ale too many." But the important thing is we smile, laugh, joke, and cry about events in Gene’s universe, and sometimes, events in the everyday universe too. We argue as well, now and again, but as Benjamin Sisko once told a Bajoran Vedek, when we fight, we walk away with a better understanding of each other.

And that my friends, is what the Behaviour Alliance is all about. Not just a chance to promote your Star Trek site (although you don’t have to be a Webmaster to join), but a chance to meet an ever growing group of Star Trek fans who you can talk with, laugh with, argue with, and get advice from. Free of charge no less (grin).

So, welcome to the Behaviour Alliance. Where friends meet, Trek is discussed and fun is to be had. Enjoy, and join. :-)
